Q: Do you tattoo clients under 18 years old?

A: Short answer - No. Long answer - Many places do not allow anyone under 18 to be tattooed even with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Even if you are in a place that does allow it, there is a lot of legal paperwork involved to verify that the adult accompanying the minor is in fact their parent/legal guardian. In many cases the repercussions are severe if the required criteria are not met, including massive fines and jail time for the artist and the shop. 

 

Q: What is the best way to book an appointment?

A: The best way to book an appointment with us is to fill out a Tattoo Request Form - also linked on our CONTACT page! Requests and emails are answered every Thursday. Due to high volume, it may take up to two weeks for a response, and messages will be answered in the order they were received. Please do not send multiple messages, and please do not send inquiries via DM our social media accounts. This is to prevent inquiries from getting lost.

 

Q: What are your rates?

A: Rates are determined by the artist - For a price quote, please fill out a Tattoo Request Form on our CONTACT page! We know - its a lot of questions and it may seem tedious, but this way we can get back to you with an accurate time and price quote!

 

How do deposits work?

-Your deposit is a portion of the tattoo paid in advance to reserve your time and begin on art work. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but does go toward the final cost of the tattoo. No artwork will be started without a deposit.

Q: Something has come up, I need to reschedule my appointment?

A: Things come up and life happens! Please contact us right away - if you scheduled through our Square Calendar you can manually reschedule, if you booked with us over the phone please call or email us to reschedule. An appointment can be rescheduled up to three times before the deposit is forfeit and a new deposit has to be put down. If you do not show up for your appointment without notification, the deposit is forfeit.

 

Q: Do you take credit and or/cash payment on the day of the appointment:

A: Both are perfectly acceptable forms of payment!

 

Q: Do you accept tips?

A: Like a trip to the nail salon or barbershop, tips never expected but always appreciated. If you’re happy with your experience, a tip and a positive Yelp review is always lovely :)

 

Q: How do I care for my new tattoo?

A: Its actually super easy! You will have the instructions reviewed with you verbally at the end of your appointment, online instructions are here and printed instructions are available upon request. The instructions are also available on our social media platforms. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
